The Maywood Watchdog is an information and media group committed to helping disseminate high quality and factual information about community related topics.
Our Mission
The Maywood Watchdog is an informative and educational platform primarily dedicated to helping the community of Maywood, become more empowered. This platform is geared towards focusing on five major pillars of the community. Those pillars are health and wellness, education, local government, business and economics. By do so, it is our hope to promote positive changes in our community, while also attempting to encourage further growth and community involvement moving forward.
Community Activism and outreach
In order to truly change the overall condition of a community, the consistent involvement of members of that same community is imperative for true change to actually occur. Which why we strive to create HEALTHY relationships and partnerships with community members and local organizations in order to help facilitate the creation of very powerful and impactful collaborative efforts.
