AV Chicago To Open New Event Space
The location 50 Madison Street formally the home of the Reuse Depot, which was a business that specialized in the sale of salvaged materials. That building was recently purchased by a company called 50 Madison LLC which also operates AV Chicago. AV Chicago is a live entertainment production company that intends on rehabilitating that building in order to convert it into their warehouse. That warehouse will be partially used to store the company's audiovisual equipment. However, in addition to this that location will also serve as a future event space. An event space that will eventually host activities such as corporate events, weddings, private parties and galas.

Exclusive Bar and Grill
Exclusive Bar and Grill a beautiful local eatery that is tentatively scheduled to open in late 2024 or early 2025. This establishment will offer both indoor and outdoor dining along with live entertainment.
